​VIRTUAL LEARNING ASSIST CAMP

​

This school year will be different in so many ways. Kids will be learning virtually and in-person.  We’ve created the perfect solution if you are concerned with sending your kids to school or finding care for them while they learn at home.  Our goal is to support our families in every possible way in this time of uncertainty.  We are excited to announce the launch of MEGAPLAY's Virtual Learning Assist Camp.

Our program is available for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.  The Virtual Learning Assist Camp will run from 8:00am to 12:00pm Monday-Friday.

​

Throughout the day students will:

• Log in to their virtual school to work with their school teachers.

• Receive assistance from qualified MEGAPLAY Youth Program Specialist.

• Engage in physical education and activities in our frequently sanitized 16,000 square foot play facility.

• And meet new friends along the way.

Program Details
 

• Please drop your kid off between the hours of 7:30am - 8:00am.

• We ask that you pick up your child by the designated pick-up time of 12:30.  Late pick-up fees may apply.

• BYOD - All students must bring their own devices: Laptop, charger and headphones to participate.

• We provide snacks and water throughout the day.  However, your child can bring their own snack if they choose to.

• Please have children dress in athletic clothing and shoes they can run and play in.

• All students must pass a COVID wellness check prior to entering the facility.

• Please ensure your child has a clean pair of socks.  Don't worry, if you forget them, we got you covered.

Pricing
 

• 1 Day (4 hours): $30 per child​

• 1 Week (3 days): $80 per child

• 1 Week (5 days): $120 per child

 

SAFETY
 

​We are committed to the health and safety of the families and the communities we serve! We will be using social distancing as much as possible. All our staff will be wearing masks and sanitize their hands on a regular basis. Mats are cleaned after every rotation. All students and family members that enter the play-center will have their temperature checked and everyone must use hand sanitizer. It is important to us to ensure the safety of all the individuals that come into our facility and this includes sanitizing all surfaces that could potentially be touched. The entire facility is fogged twice a day, using a NC Health Department approved sanitizing agent for disinfecting.
