​VIRTUAL LEARNING ASSIST CAMP

​

MEGAPLAY's Virtual Learning Camp is a limited time day program where parents can drop off their kids for a day of education and fun.  Kids will spend the first half of the day doing their virtual online classwork with their teachers and spend the rest of the day doing fun activities with our Youth Program Specialists.

Grades K-6 | 8am - 3pm | Monday - Friday

 

Pricing
 

  • 1 Day: $35 per child​

  • 1 Week: $140 per child

  • 10% discount for each additional child

Schedule

 

8:00-8:30: Drop Off - Kids check-in and our staff will help them get their computers setup
 

8:30-12:00: Virtual Learning - We supervise students as they attend virtual learning.  Depending on your counties schedule and child's class, we will provide activities for your child when they complete their virtual learning.
 

12:00-12:30: Lunch - Children should bring their own lunch.  Please do not include anything that needs to be refrigerated or microwaved.
 

12:30-2:00: Activities and play time
 

2:00-2:15: Snack time
 

2:15-3:00: Flex time - Kids can continue participating in activities or work on homework with the help of our staff
 

3:00-3:15: Pick up

3:00-5:00: After School Program - For those parents that need a little extra time, you can add on the After School Program for $7 per child

  • Younger children must be potty trained to enroll.

  • BYOD - All students must bring their own devices: Laptop, charger and headphones to participate.

  • We provide snacks and water throughout the day.  However, your child can bring their own snack if they choose to.

  • Please have children dress in athletic clothing and socks they can run and play in.

  • All students must pass a COVID wellness check prior to entering the facility.

SAFETY
 

​We are committed to the health and safety of the families and the communities we serve! We will be using social distancing as much as possible. All our staff will be wearing masks and sanitize their hands on a regular basis. Mats are cleaned after every rotation. All students and family members that enter the play-center will have their temperature checked and everyone must use hand sanitizer. It is important to us to ensure the safety of all the individuals that come into our facility and this includes sanitizing all surfaces that could potentially be touched. The entire facility is fogged twice a day, using a NC Health Department approved sanitizing agent for disinfecting.
